The current contractor will complete the development of the following initiatives: PDS-M (CMCWSS), Air Migration (CMCWSS with SPAWAR) and the SPADOC 390 (ISSC contractor). The ISC2 contractor will take the lead on the MPDS-R initiative after contract award. They will be the primary integrator of this initiative. Currently, SPAWAR is the developer MPDS-R system - the ISC2 contractor will integrate it into the CINC Fixed C2 node. The information on this initiative will be put in the reading room prior to contract award. The ISC2 contractor will decommission current hardware system.
The sustainment of the SOC must be transitions. Current AFSPC/CSS point paper indicates that the transition will occur naturely as the ISC2 contractor delivers new systems. The current contracts will continue for the existing systems through end of contracts.
N/UWSS is supplying the TOBE Operational Architecture, the system maturity matrix, and the technical architecture.
The contractor will have to integration, interface, or be interoperable with NAVSPACE, ARSPACE, MEDAL, NMD BMC3, SBIRS, and TBMCS. They will also have to comply with AC2A requirements.
