The Taiyuan space launch facility located southwest of Beijing [at 37°30'N 112°36'E] is designated Wuzhai by US Space Command. The location of the Wuzhai facility is the source of some confusion, since some sources mistakenly report that it is located at 38°36'N 108°12'E or 37°48'N 111°30'E. The town of Wuzhai is located some 170 km to the northwest of the Taiyuan launch facility, which seems rather distant to be part of a single facility.
